These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of djcontractormarketing.com (the “Site”), our free tools, and our text messaging program, all operated by D&J Contractor Marketing, LLC (“D&J,” “we,” “us” or “our”). SMS program terms
Program name: D&J Contractor Marketing Text Messages.
Program description: When you submit a form on the Site and check the consent box, you agree that D&J Contractor Marketing may call and send text messages to the phone number you provided. Customer care messages include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, and updates about your account or project. Marketing messages include tips, offers and news from D&J.

- Messages may be sent using automated technology, including AI systems, and replies may be handled by an AI agent rather than a live person.

Services
Requesting an audit or consultation through the Site does not create a client relationship. Paid marketing services are governed by a separate written agreement or work order between you and D&J, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, tools and code, are owned by D&J or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and share links to our content for your own business use. You may not copy, republish or sell it without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
