Why franchises hire us

Built around how restoration jobs get booked

We are not a general agency that also takes restoration clients. The whole approach starts from water, fire, and mold work, and from the way SERVPRO franchises actually win the call.

Restoration is all we do

Contractors and restoration companies only. We know the 24/7 emergency cycle, the corporate franchise rules, and what a booked mitigation job is worth.

We track every call

Our AI call intelligence transcribes and categorizes each inbound call, so you see appointments and warm leads, not just clicks an ad platform decided to count.

Straight reporting

No vanity metrics and no invented numbers. You get the real pipeline, the cost behind it, and an honest read on where leads are leaking.

Inside the work

See what every call is telling you

Every inbound call is transcribed, categorized, and tagged with an outcome, so you see booked jobs, warm leads, and spam at a glance instead of guessing from an ad dashboard.

Three SERVPRO engagements

CASE 01 Paid search

330% more conversions at 70% lower cost, in one month.

SERVPRO of The East End & Hamptons · Long Island, New York

January’s ad account looked busy and booked almost nothing. A February restructure changed the economics of the whole channel.

January’s spend sat on broad, generic terms like “home restoration companies” that produced impressions but not conversions. We rebuilt the account around a dedicated Water Damage ad group with high-intent, seasonal keywords (plumbing frozen pipes, water damage restoration, branded SERVPRO variants) and pruned the waste. Booked conversions jumped while the cost to win each one fell by 70 percent, with the gains concentrated in the East End ZIPs that actually convert.

  • Built a dedicated Water Damage ad group around high-intent, seasonal keywords
  • ‘Plumbing frozen pipes’ alone drove 13 conversions at a $94.77 cost per conversion
  • Concentrated spend on the ZIPs proven to convert across Riverhead, East Hampton, and Southampton

CASE 02 Local search & reputation

Top of local search across six NYC franchises.

SERVPRO Team Allen · New York City metro

Across six franchises in one of the most competitive restoration markets in the country, the brief is simple: when a homeowner searches in an emergency, Team Allen shows up first. The numbers say it is working.

Consistent, territory-specific Google Business Profile posts, real job photos, and monitored review response build the foundational ranking signals, and all six profiles held a 5.0 rating through the period. On the core keyword, water damage restoration, the flagship Staten Island franchise holds the Dominant tier across its three-mile service grid. Review volume is the single strongest predictor of local pack performance, and it is the moat the long tail of competitors cannot match.

CASE 03 AI call recovery

Seventy leads were about to go cold. An AI agent called every one back.

A high-volume New York SERVPRO operation

Around seventy callers had been told someone would follow up or a technician would reach out, with no confirmation those callbacks ever happened. In a category as urgent as restoration, that is a fire or flood lead that called once, heard nothing back, and goes cold.

Instead of pulling office staff off the schedule to dial seventy numbers by hand, D&J’s AI call recovery agent called every one. Each call carried the full context of the first conversation: the caller’s name, their address, and the type of loss they first reported, so the agent picked up where the homeowner left off instead of starting cold. It speaks and responds like a member of the team, on the operation’s behalf, and on the recordings callers cannot tell they are talking to an AI.

  • Called back every one of the roughly seventy leads that would otherwise have sat untouched
  • Put 5 homeowners back on the schedule who still needed help, with damage not yet remediated
  • Kept the office on the work instead of chasing cold numbers, with every call logged and its history visible

Callers can’t tell it’s an AI. It works the cold list like a member of your office, so no promised callback slips away.

More than ads and calls

The full system we run each month

Paid search and call recovery are two levers. Here is the rest of what we manage for a SERVPRO franchise, every channel written for restoration and for the specific territory, never corporate copy syndicated across thousands of profiles.

Google Business Profile

Unique posts and fresh job photos on every profile each month, written for the territory, never the same content reused across listings.

Review response

Every review watched and answered, rewritten with local keywords and the real detail of each job. Review volume is the strongest driver of local rank.

Social media

Territory-specific posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn that keep the brand familiar before the emergency ever happens.

Email newsletters

Designed sends to past customers and commercial contacts, the highest-retention channel a franchise has, built for repeat work and referrals.

Broker & referral outreach

Cold email that puts the franchise in front of brokers, adjusters, and property managers, so the referral is in place before a loss happens.

Direct mail (EDDM)

Original mailers designed in house and timed to the season, dropped on the routes most likely to need restoration next.

Local Services Ads

Every lead reviewed and every spam charge disputed daily, recovering pay-per-lead spend that would otherwise be lost.

Brand compliance

Every profile and post kept inside SERVPRO corporate brand rules, so hard-won equity is protected and nothing risks a violation.
